About PropFirmFun
An independent directory of proprietary trading firms quantitative, retail/funded, and futures-focused built around publicly verifiable information.
What Is This Site?
PropFirmFun is a directory of proprietary trading firms. The goal is simple: to give traders and researchers one place to explore the broader prop trading landscape, including institutional quantitative firms, retail evaluation and funded programmes, and futures-focused firms, without having to sort through marketing material just to understand what each firm actually does.
The directory is informational only. It does not host trading accounts or provide trading services. Listed entries contain publicly available information about firms that operate or have operated publicly.
If you are deciding where to apply, evaluate, or trade, use PropFirmFun as a starting point for research. The authoritative source for a firm's current rules, fees, eligibility, and operating status is always the firm's own website. PropFirmFun points you toward that information; it does not replace the firm's official disclosures.
What We Cover
Three overlapping segments of the prop trading industry are tracked:
Education — educational resources, training programmes, courses, and platforms designed to help traders develop their market knowledge, trading skills, and understanding of proprietary trading.
Funded — programmes that allow independent traders to complete evaluations and, if successful, trade under funded or simulated account structures in exchange for a share of profits. Rules, evaluation structures, and payout schedules vary considerably.
Software — trading platforms, tools, and technology providers that support trading, analysis, automation, risk management, and other aspects of the proprietary trading workflow.
Supporting materials — comparisons, a glossary, and more detailed explainers covering trading concepts, evaluation models, and trading rules — complement the directory rather than replace it. See the company comparisons, glossary, and guides hub for additional information.
How We Produce Content
Each listing is built from publicly available sources, primarily the company's official website. When information from two sources conflicts, the company's official website is treated as the authoritative source. If the company does not publicly provide specific information, we keep the description general rather than making assumptions.
Content is written internally rather than generated from a single template. Fees, profit splits, and rule details are paraphrased rather than copied verbatim and described at a level that remains useful despite minor changes. Specific dollar amounts and percentages reflect the information available at the time of writing and should always be verified on the company's official website before making any decision.
Who Runs It and How Is It Funded?
PropFirmFun operates independently. The site is not owned by, invested in, or affiliated with any proprietary trading firm or aggregator named on the website, and no listed company has editorial control over the content. No outside investor directs the site's editorial coverage.
The site is funded through display advertising — standard banner advertisements delivered through Google's advertising network.
Because the operation is small, coverage must be selective and reviews are conducted periodically rather than continuously. We would rather leave a listing more general than add details that we cannot confidently verify for accuracy.
Important — Please Read
This is not financial advice. Nothing on this website should be considered financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading involves significant risk and may not be suitable for every individual.
No endorsement is implied. The inclusion of a company in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of legitimacy. Verify the firm's current rules, terms, and operating status directly on its official website before engaging with it.
Information may become outdated. The proprietary trading industry changes quickly. Although listings are reviewed periodically, individual details may not always reflect the latest company-level changes.
Your own due diligence matters. Before sending money or trading with a firm, independently review its payout history, terms of service, and any relevant regulatory or legal status. A list of potential warning signs can provide a useful starting point for that due-diligence process.
